利用規約（Terms of Service）
HK Street Photography（以下「当店」）のウェブサイトをご利用いただくことで、以下の規約に同意したものとみなします。
- 商品について：写真集・アート作品はリミテッドエディションです。在庫状況は予告なく変更される場合があります。
- 注文・支払い：注文確定後のキャンセルは原則不可。支払いはご注文時に確定します。
- 知的財産：掲載されているすべての写真・デザインの著作権は山形宗次郎に帰属します。無断転載・複製を禁じます。
- 免責事項：当店は、商品の使用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。
- 準拠法：本規約は香港法に準拠します。
Terms of Service
By using the HK Street Photography (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Shop’) website, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions.
About Products: Photobooks and artworks are limited editions. Stock availability is subject to change without notice.
Orders and Payment: As a general rule, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Payment is finalised at the time of ordering.
Intellectual Property: The copyright for all photographs and designs featured on this website belongs to sohjiroh Yamagata. Unauthorised reproduction or duplication is prohibited.
Disclaimer: The Shop shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the products.
Governing
Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
